I read this partially because of its reputation as one of the most banned books in school whst freaks me out is the ban is because of teh word ereaction not because of the date rape that happens on the same page,

Jodi Picoult just writes a good damn book. This book was so emotional and well written. I didn’t see the twist coming at all. The only ick I had was that the chapters were sooooo long! Well worth it though!

In typical Picoult style, this book is well-written, easy to read, and addresses real-life issues. As with all her books, Picoult adds a little twist at the end, which is easy to guess if you are familiar with her writing. But it kept me hooked until the very end, turning page after page, long past my bedtime on several nights.
