i stumbled upon this in a little used bookstore and ended up reading it in less than a day. i absolutely adored this book- it was so sweet and yet tragic at the same time, and the town of las palomas and all its inhabitants are so vividly portrayed, i feel like i visited there myself

such a lovely novel with some really sad side stories mixed in and a little twist at the end too!
