This was essentially the same as the last book. Not really sure why Love didn't tell Tory about her experience and why having a mate wouldn't be the restrictive nightmare that Tory thought? Is this the one pair of friends who tell each other nothing??

Cute quick little book. I didn't like this one as much as the first, but it was good. And I enjoy this male narrator. 

So I'll probably do book 3 too. 

I'd love to have the magical job these girls have where they're just allowed to work as many hours as they want 😆

Definitely struggled with this book as it was similar to the first but I disliked this FMC. I really didn't like her so that made it harder to like the book. I was able to tolerate the MMC but honestly, the characters fell flat to me and the story wasn't exciting or new. I was hovering about a 2 star at first but ultimately I had to give it a 1 star due to the lack of development and originality compared to the first book.
