A Vexing good time

Tori wears tons of perfume to hide her scent because she doesn't want a mate. However, that plan doesn't seem to work when Vex walks into the bakery and his eyes lock with hers. Tori doesn’t want a mate she wants her freedom, very understandable given what all she’s been through, and Ronan has been waiting centuries for his mate. It was cute and very quick, but there wasn’t anything that stood out for me.
