An enjoyable read, but like nothing I've read before. A couple of things; a map of Rotherweird would be great, and the notes and letters included in the story should really be in a larger font.

Perhaps my present state of mind (or my mood) is a bit off, as I am finding this book a trifle laborious in the execution of the plot. However, the writing is really, really good, so I WILL persevere and render an updated review once I have finished reading the book.

I was disappointed. It held me enough to finish reading. When you don’t care about the characters it’s difficult to feel invested in their journey.
