This series is really funny so far. In particular Wakamatsu being bullied by Yuzukiseo and being unaware of the fact he likes her singing voice. Also he can't help but be kind and not confrontational. I'm glad he's part of Nozaki's manga group, even if his title is just "erases stuff". Kashima is quickly becoming one of my favorites. She is just so overly confident and I like her dysfunctional friendship(?) with Hori. Mikoshiba is always excellent(and horrifically romantic).

I love this so much! This is one of the few random comedies that work for me. Even if the chapters doesn’t seem to have a link to each other, we do get to know a bit more about the characters and their interactions are wholesome to say the least.
I love how nerdy Mikorin can be; along with sweet Sakura and workaholic Nozaki, they’re like the perfect trio~. I laugh a lot with Hori-senpai and Kashima and I also fully enjoy Waka being cute with Seo without wanting to, lol.
This manga is wholesome, sweet, with the kind of comedy that doesn’t rely on useless fan service and honestly, it’s the best! Whenever I finish a volume I just feel like life is good again and we don’t have to take it too seriously.
I love all their interactions and how they’re getting to know each other. Can’t wait to read the next one!

This is the manga that never fails to make me laugh. The 4-koma style works wonders with the jokes and it really amazes me how much the story can still progress with this format.
Sakura now became a regular assistant to Nozaki’s manga. In this volume she gets to spend more time with Nozaki that isn’t just assistant work, they go out and have mindless fun shopping and going around town. I love how well this manga captures that high schooler mood when you just have fun talking to your friends in school and going out, doing absolutely nothing.
We learn more about Nozaki’s manga work too, his editor and how he prepares for his stories. I love seeing him praise his current editor and be very protective after how bad and lazy his first editor was. As someone who had worked with different people and bosses this is highly relatable, once you find a good one who actually does their job you will want to keep working with them.
The schools infamous singer Lorelei also makes their first appearance! I love how Tsubaki-sensei keeps playing with the character’s weaknesses, you would definitely not think of “angelic voice” when meeting Seo face-to-face. I love the irony of poor, clueless Wakamatsu loving her singing voice but not realizing that this is the same person who annoys him daily.
While the romances never see to go anywhere in this series since the focus is always on the jokes, I love the funny dynamics the couples are set up with.
Wakamatsu being who he is.. and wanting to confront Seo about how rude she is to him by following well-known manga tropes, failing, and accidentally ending up asking her out is something brilliant.
Kashima on the other hand feels neglected by Hori and mistakenly concludes that Hori loves shoujo manga and dreams to be a princess. When in reality Hori is just yet another one of Nozaki’s assistants and wants to keep it a secret. Kashima, wanting to support Hori ends up forcing him into ridiculous situations. I still find their dynamic fun but I am a bit over the this-is-only-fantasy-violence-so-it-doesn’t-hurt trope. I wish Hori would stop reacting so violently.
I love Nozaki’s neighbor and fellow mangaka, Miyako. It is refreshing to see how well the setting and the jokes also work when we add her college life into the mix.
Mikorin remains my favorite, the way he just gets himself into these utterly embarrassing situations has to be a super power.
