It took me awhile to read this book only because I'm a Mama to 2 boys under 5, and I'm pregnant with baby #3.
I loved everything about this book! The science behind everything, the practical application concepts and how it's explained.
I also appreciate the fact that it calls us out as parents to take a look at our past childhood experiences and to deal with them so we can be better parents for our children.
If you're wanting a gentle-parenting book that explains how to adequately show up for your children, then read this book! I can't wait to dive into the authors other books.
