3.96 AVERAGE

What would you differently if you thought the world was about to end?

This book is in parts funny, in parts a little sad, but mostly I found it thought-provoking. A great choice for my first book of 2025.

I listened to the audiobook, which was very well narrated by Erin Moon.

Absolutely WRECKED by this. 10/10, no notes. Except possibly throw an extra cat in there at the end. Heart wrenching, painful, beautiful. Screaming, crying, throwing up.

This is a solid 3.5 stars for me in my rather harsh rating scale, which means it’s above average and was thoroughly enjoyable! I found many of the moments charming, and others deeply poignant. There were many subtle points throughout the plot pointing toward the conclusion, but in some ways I thought it wrapped up a bit too quickly. An unexpected but enjoyable read I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
