Almost against her will, she falls for him. But is he what he seems to be? This debut novel of dual authors is a jab at feel-good corporate-speak and I enjoyed it very much.

Read this for book club and it lead to a very interesting discussion. I went into this book blind and I think that was the way to do it, because it starts out as one thing and then becomes something completely different. A pretty good commentary on capitalism and gender in our society. Parts of this book also made me laugh which I enjoyed.

Men are the worst. This is like Don’t Worry, Darling, except instead of a simulation it’s like an evil IKEA and a mens gaslighting 101 cult.
