Better than ...to the Stars. Perhaps because I was waiting for sooo long to find out where Graham went, and Tarkie. Still love Danny Covitz. Liked that this one went a little deeper for Becky.

Liked this one better than the previous instalments. The touch of mystery and adventure really added to my enjoyment.

One last adventure with Becky and the gang. Well almost. There is a Christmas novel but I think I’ll wait a while before getting into that.

This book took me a long time in finish. But only because I didn’t read it for like a week and a half.

This adventure with Becky seemed totally unnecessary. I mean sure it was kind of fun and interesting in the previous book. The mystery with Becky’s dad. But honestly as we got into this book and everyone in the RV and everything, I was over it pretty quickly.

It just seemed to drag on forever and if I was Becky and I was stuck with all these people in an RV driving all over the place trying to find my dad I would have checked out long ago. They all drive me mad.

Plus the actual reveal of what was going on with Becky’s dad in the end wasn’t even that exciting. Now I know this series is not going to be super dark so I wasn’t expecting a murder or anything but it was just too elaborate for what it was. So I wasn’t a fan.

I mean not gonna lie I did enjoy when everyone worked together in the end to get justice and all that but it was all still a lot.

But the ending was cute and I’m so glad Becky ended up having a good relationship with good old derek smeath. Though surprised he didn’t send up in America too with everything going on. Oh well. Maybe he makes an appearance in the Christmas book.

And so that is where we leave it with Becky for now. I am looking forward to reading other things now that we have wrapped things up here. I love Becky but some of her recent adventures have been a bit crazy for me so I need a break before we go towards her Christmas adventures.

Overall a nice series though, something lighthearted to take your mind off current events.

Becky is back on track. A much better book than the previous.

Fun book, following Becky as she hares after her father and her friend's husband across the American southwest in an RV.

not dropping a rating because, uh, this is like when your beloved grandparent can't shut the fuck up and you want to exit the conversation already.

ps: have we really come to straight up ocean's 11 heists with actual references and scenes from ocean's 11 while referring to ocean's 11? wild.

Not as bad as the one right before but no where near as good as the first few.

Pertama sempat ragu; kalau enggak sreg gimana? Kalau berakhir dnf gimana? But, heyyy I did it! Akhirnya berhasil menamatkan seri Shopaholic selama kurang lebih 2 bulan kurang. Yuhuu!

Buku terfavorit dari seri ini >> Shopaholic to The Rescue
Buku menjengkelkan dari seri ini >> Shopaholic to The Stars
