i read this for an audition and i was surprised at how much i enjoyed it! the humor just works for me, the sharp wit and language and mistaken identities (a guilty pleasure of mine). the cousin marrying at the end was weird, but overall i found the book to be quick and funny to read! i know desperately need to see the national theatre production where ncutti plays algernon!
