God, this book! It is long, very long. With it’s 1200 pages, but it flies by and every chapter or character that gets introduced makes sense and is needed for the story. Though the ending was not my favorite it was still good and I understand why it ends like it does. For every character their story ending is satisfactory to me at least. I LOVED this book from beginning to end. The writing style took me a bit to get used to but is actually really accesible even though you notice that the language is dated in some parts. The book is not as mysterious as one would think, the revenge and the plot is not that hard to guess, but the build-up contributes to the fact that the pay off is no less satisfactory. I know a book is an all time favorite when it makes me feel either such profound emotions (sad or giddy etc.) OR I become obsesses with it. With the story, the characters, the world. I want to see what other people think and I want to start watching movie adaptations etc. Oh and the narration/point-of-view was also really great and I really liked it. This is a book that I will for sure read again some time in the future and I encourage everyone to pick it up!
