I somehow read a censored edition where Emily and Aaron didn't kiss. No clue how I got that or whether all American editions are like that? 11

I really enjoyed this one, Emily meets a new friend, and learns some great lessons! But wow Neptune is a bit of a puss. Haha

This book was just awesome. After reading the previous book, I was kinda disappointed in this series but this book was just what I needed to get my motivation back. However, I still want to ask a few questions; Why does magic only attracts Emily? And didn't her mom forbid her to touch strange things when she was little? And why is she so stubborn? Other than that the book was okay. Millie was amazing. I think we'll be seeing Aaron for some time now. The fact that that night was the 500th anniversary of Neptune and Aurora was a complete co-incidence and a genius plot right

This was such an improvement from the last book! I really liked the plot in this one and the message in it of love conquering all is so important for kids. Reading this again as an adult is so interesting bc I can vividly remember thinking “ugh stupid romance plot” when I was like 9… i think little me was just in love with emily and wanted to keep her all to herself. Beeston’s lines were actually so funny like why is he talking like that to KIDS 😭😭. Millie? Iconic. Girlie really just doing tarot readings whenever life starts to go bad. There were some awkward lines and the scene in the ocean where they’re finally trying to find the pearl ring went on for way too long. Jake and Mary Penelope adult romance book when? I would spend so much money for that, pls miss Kessler
