Nope. I had a lot of expectations from this book. I honestly don't think there's anything cute in this book. BUT, there were a few relatable and funny moments. It was okay-ish but not up to my expectations.

I actually loved this book SO MUCH! it is a cute little rom-com with a little bit of enemies-to-lovers and 'we shouldn't be dating but, oh well we are'. I loved all the characters and the relationship!

This year I have been enjoying YA romance as a fun change of pace. If you want to give the genre a try, Tweet Cute by Emma Lord is a great place to start! The story centers on Pepper & Jack, two NYC high school students whose worlds start to overlap IRL and online, You've Got Mail style. (side note: PepperJack is a darling ship name) It was so fun to see their relationship develop in multiple arenas. Although this was a light, humorous read, there was plenty of depth focused around themes of family, loyalty, and self-determination. I was impressed to learn that this is Emma Lord's debut and will definitely be reading more from her! I listened to the audio version and thought the duet narration was well done. 🤌🧀🥪💖

Tweet Cute was on my TBR for a loooong time, and I'm kinda sad that I give it 3 stars because the way it was written, was very nice. But the story line didn't really got me.. it was so cheesy and cliche, which I usually don't mind but idk. This was too much I think lol.

Did not want to put this down. Pepper and Jack are characters that I grew to love.
