This cute little children's story was a lot of fun. I've always been a sucker for children's books about animals behaving like people. It's a good morality tale to boot. Impudent children get what's coming to them. : )

Another little gem from the Beatrix Potter collection! This one tells the tale of Nutkin the Squirrel, who is very mischievous indeed! He goes to Owl Island with his brother Twinkleberry and his cousins to gather nuts, but Nutkin is naughty and annoys Mr. Owl! There’s a moral to this one, “Let Sleeping Owls Lie!”😄

Thoroughly enjoyable with beautiful illustrations! I loved the riddles she includes in this one 😃
