After reading Feather, you better believe I could not wait to pick this book up. IYKYK. Adam and Naya have been kept away from each other for their entire lives which is pretty odd considering their dads are as close as brothers and they are the only 2 angels with pure black wings. Growing up Adam always heard about how perfect Naya was, and Naya always heard about how rebellious Adam was. Their paths finally cross and of course they don't get along. It was absolute TORTURE being the reader and knowing what we know when Adam and Naya didn't. All I wanted was for these two to finally get their happy ending!! Obviously it makes for a nice build up but I was like pleaseee figure it out. I don't care how cliche it is, I love a good girl good girl x bad boy trope so I was eating this up.

****SPOILER**** The only thing I didn't love was that they don't get all their memories back. I was reallyyy hoping they were going to remember their previous lives but only Naya would have very vague flashbacks.

That's all to say that I really ended up enjoying this series and am glad I gave it a chance! It's definitely more in the realm of urban fantasy so the romance isn't the central focus so just a heads up.

Hi ,
Boring
I hated Adam , whereas I love Jarod, I don’t like how the reincarnation has been done.
Main plot uninteresting.
So sad because I loved the first even though there was severals defaults.
As a last book, it should have been more interesting.

Waiting for Naya and Adam to find out had me biting at the bit, and it ended up being midly anticlimactic. I'm not sure what I expected, though! Overall, it was an enjoyable read with a nice little finish.

Angels of Elysium, as a series, was an entertaining ride. I think this book, the third one, was fantastic! The first two were good, but I definitely enjoyed this one the most. Loved the MMC and FMC in this one! My only critique is that the ending felt a little rushed. I would've been fine reading a couple more chapters before the epilogue. All in all, I'd recommend this series to someone looking for a different type of fantasy than your typical fae, dragons, etc.

* This review is for the series * It really takes all three books to close the story arc, and I would read them in order. Angel culture is relatively new to me. It's not my favorite, but it's interesting, and I would read more set in this world. It would be nice to see the angels continue to move toward enlightenment. The first book is sad, the second is just a little hard to believe, but entertaining. The third is mildly annoying then enraging, but I was happy with how things got resolved. I did like her crows series much more.
