I was forcing myself to read it cause I thought the concept sounded cool and I wanted to challenge myself, but even knowing it gets more interesting towards the end wasn’t enough to make me want to pick up this book anymore

Beautiful. Words cannot describe what this book did to me.
I was very excited to read this book because I believe Le Guin is a great thinker and I've really enjoyed some of her essays. At first I found the book dry and was a little disappointed. However, the back half is absolutely perfect. I get why this is a classic and it's still extremely relevant today.
