I had to read this after watching the movie the other night, and now I am even more thrilled for a sequel. This volume definitely has a bit of a case of the sophomore slump, and I don't think it excelled quite like the first one did, but I really loved getting to finally meet Noriko and see the "other side" of immortality. Very much looking forward to seeing how her and Andy come together after hundreds of years apart.

These are over so quickly i wish there was more. We got to meet Noriko and she was dangerous. We got to know more of Andy’s history, when she first died and how she meet Noriko. Everything was a little different than it was in the movie which i am happy about because then nothing would be a surprise.

This built well from Volume 1. I am looking forward to volume 3.
