Beautiful illustrations, accessible information and a very diverse variety of study fields and scholars.
I did expect this to be more detailed/for an older age group. I've also discovered that I get drained or bored very very easily with non fiction, so it just wasn't a highly entertaining reading experience-

Great snippets of some amazing women. Enough info to know them but not so much it's a slog. This is a great amount to interest a person enough to pursue more info about the se women.

I listened to it as an audiobook, but I suspect it would be better as a physical book with images. Each piece is short- probably good "bathroom reading" where you read a bit at a time. But I listened while doing yardwork. I definitely learned about some women I hadn't heard of before. Would probably appeal to a pre-teen or teen interested in STEM.

I think this is a really great book as an introduction to learning about influential women within science for adults and children. I thought the illustrations were beautiful and went along well with the information.
