This one had a lot going on but it also had a lot of depth. You have Summer is a happy bubbly woman, who is attracted to Fitzy, and while she flirts with him on New Years Eve she overhears him saying things about her that breaks her.
Fitzy is her opposite, he is more introverted, a self-proclaimed nerdy video game designer. He is attracted to Summer but is constantly trying to talk himself out of his feelings. When Summer moves into his house, they form a truce, and help each other. It lets them realize they have both misunderstood each other. Fitzy still tries to fight his feelings but eventually he can't stop it any longer.
