dnf’d 68% in. this was awful. I just couldn’t do it. for a *somewhat* interesting plot, this book is so truly atrocious , it was astounding. the characters, terrible. the writing & dialogue, terrible. after i dnf’d, i looked up & read the ending…terrible.

This book was great! I did note early on what my thoughts were and I ended up being half right but wow did Jeneva Rose do an excellent job with this one!

This book started off strong then fell off. The characters, Adam in particular were frustrating and had zero common sense. There were a lot of pointless scenes in the book and it felt like there was a lot missing and no substance. I usually love a good twist but this one didn't make a lot of sense to me. In the end, it was still pretty enjoyable to read but I was disappointed, there are much better books out there.

The husband was so….DUMB!! He was like a child making stupid decisions and having immature thoughts. The ending was a “hah, got em” moment. Sarah was ruthless and teaming up with Bob. Sheesh.

3.75! sooooo close to a 4 star but i found some of the dialogue repetitive and, although it was a fast-paced read, i still felt like not much was happening? the entire story was just people pointing fingers at one another instead of damning evidence being uncovered and other suspenseful plot points. that being said, i did suspect everyone at one point and didn’t totally guess the ending so that’s one point for Jeneva Rose and zero for me
