I appreciated the discussion of how to handle one’s anxious thoughts and inner monologue. However, the humor didn’t really land for me. I think the humor would be better if I read the book, instead of listened to the audiobook.

I would round this up to 3.5 stars. I found Hayley on Instagram and that is how I found her book. It did make me laugh out loud at several points. I wish it was a little more connected in the segments but it was a fun and easy read.
