This is a beautifully written nonfiction picture book, that’s filled with hope and perseverance. I rooted every step of the way for Annie Londonderry on her incredible journey, as she cycled around the world. Faced with little opportunities for women at the time, she remained determined to prove herself. Beautiful illustrations depict the time period, transporting the reader through her intense travels. This is a must-read, feel-good book, that will have readers cheering to the finish line!
