Read the trigger warnings, this is not a 'fun romance book'
I started reading it because one of my friends couldn't stop talking about this book. I was looking for something dark and this book delivered. I liked the book. Would I like a Zade IRL? Not really, but in fiction: hell yes.

For the love of everything unholy though...creamy? No.

Speechless… I don’t even know what to say because …. If I could say how I feel in a sentence it would be “ Girl WTF!….this book is all types of messed up. Yet and still I want to know what happens next solely to make sure Adeline is Ok. Beware of the trigger warnings they are there for a reason. This book was heinous.

Ew.

No, no, no, no, no. Where's the eye bleach when you need it?

I can't believe I read the entire thing. I only did it to try and figure out what the heck Bookstagram likes about it. And even after enduring the entire flipping thing, I can't think of a single aspect.

Gross. 

Like actually gross. And I like some kinky stuff. But this? No.

I'm not a fan of literal r@pe over and over. No. That isn't dark fantasy.

What a joke.

Carlton needs to learn three things:
1. Physical arousal ≠ consent.
2. GUNS 👏🏼 ARE 👏🏼 NOT 👏🏼 BODY 👏🏼 SAFE 👏🏼
3. She should never write another 'romance'. Or pick up a pen again.
