This book is so polyamorous, and so sexy!

I was won over almost immediately by Leo, I loved the pizza sex scene and how kind and caring he was. Rakim won me over seriously quickly, too! Omega schemes, so blatant in his flirtation and his sexuality, but oh my god what a heartthrob. His heat and the orgy scene was so, so, so sexy, and so well written! I love smut but wow. WOW. Fantastic

I just wanted Lola to let her guard down and fall all the way in love. She came so far in this book. It’s an intense omegaverse romance with no shortage of sexy hunky men trying to work their way into her heart…. But they really seem to care about her and her comfort! And normally, I’d read a book like this, and pick out my favorite boyfriend but I’m really team pack on this one.

Also, FUCK YOU Indy. You disgust me. Get out of her life, you loser.

Overall this wasn't a bad book. I couldn't help comparing it to the previous book in the series. In the last book, we are focused on Baby, Lola's best friend, and we even met Lola in that book. But it was just a faster pace, had more drama, and even a lot of action. In this book, we are dealing with more of the aftermath of what happened to Lola. We got a glimpse of what happened to Lola because she was stuck with the rival gang after Baby, and they tormented her due to find out that she wasn't a real omega. In this book, we are focused on Lola's trauma and how she deals with everything; it was rough to read at times. Plus, this was book 1 of 2, so it started many different things, but we got answers/closure in the next book. I did like the different types of relationships that we got to focus on because, so far, I've read so much about omegas and alphas. Still, we have yet to get that much emphasis on betas. I'm new to this sub-genre, so there might be tons out that I haven't read yet.

This is like, light omegaverse: perfect if ur just getting into A/B/O. She isn’t the omega, which is rare, but there is a male omega.
They talk in very brief flashbacks of her sexual assault from a past relationship.

🌶️🌶️/5. I’m giving it two because of the orgy with anal. But the sex is bot very descriptive or long.

first book reading abt omegaverse and wow! so good! those 🌶 scenes… DAYUM😭 i love the relationship between Rake, Leo and Lola the most (but Caleb.. 🤌🏽🤌🏽) it had a lil bit pf everything, a freaking good read that I’ve had in a long time. does end in a cliffy, but there’s part two so im omw to buy it and start reading it TODAY. I did get a little uncomfortable bc not everyone is with everyone (romantically) but ig i have to get used to it since i read more mmf than RH 🤷🏽‍♀️ STILL, writing is awesome and will go on my “to buy paperback” list
