Not a romance!!! Despite what anyone tells you this is not a cute romance novel !!! Flat MC, and two unappealing men fighting for her. Interesting in its portrayal of the emotional tax of loving someone with bipolar disorder. Off-putting in its descriptions of boobs.

Well-written and easy to read. Enjoyed the vibe of the writing and time period. 

The book felt misogynistic. 
Rape scenes. 

Lots of literary references, that mostly went over my head, but I got to feel smart when I got them. 

I disliked all of the characters.
