This book was filled with so many emotional feelings that was strangely weird but also magical and out of this world different. I really enjoyed this one, it was beautiful but also sad at the same time.

this book spoke to my soul. i feel like somehow some part of my soul was taken to write this book, or that it was written for me with a part of my soul? idk how to explain it.

it just felt so me.

and the YEARNING, my god. it is the same yearning i have always felt. so, too the grief, the water, the waves.

if you've ever felt like you don't belong, read this book.

Although this book is quite short, it took me a long time to read as I found it quite painful and difficult in parts. The beautiful surrealism entwined with pain, grieve and psychosis(?) made this a bittersweet read, one that left me feeling heavy and sad.
