Although I enjoyed the first book a little more, "A Dog's Journey" was still a nice story from the dog's perspective and an enjoyable light read. All dog lovers should read these books.

This book so good that I even cried a bit on the end. Probably it wasn't as good as the first book but I really enjoyed it. It's also really rare book, I haven't read a similar book like this. But I highly recommend it for everyone and I'm looking forward to watch the movie.

I loved this book as much as the first book, something I can't say too often when I read a sequel. And since I knew what to expect re. the dog coming and going, it didn't seem as much of a tear jerker to me, though it had it's moments. Once again, Cameron writes beautifully about the bond between a dog and his person, and gives you a funny glimpse into what a dog might be thinking. This book left me wanting to share more treats with my dogs. I loved the ending, too, a perfect way to put a cap on the whole story.

Why do I always cry? I loved this story, but I am happy it is over. I need to stop crying.

I loved it, I loved how the dog found a new purpose then stuck with it all the way. It is a bit different then the other book with the dying and switching of dog personalities but I like it honestly better. It was interesting how you learn that a dog can devote so much to you, and how they feel. My favorite part was how it ended, but I'm not going to spoil the book for anyone. You'll just have to read to find out!

"You can usually tell that a man is good if he has a dog who loves him."
