I don’t know if I was laughing with the book or at it but at least I laughed right?

da metade para o final ficou muito absurda muitas situações e toda a explicação final ficou anticlimática. é um livro que traz muitas reflexões sobre morte/vida e suicídio/sobrevivência, no entanto há algumas falhas.

3.5 stars
Now this was initially going to be 4 stars but after some thought I’ve realised that while the book was a light and fun read it did have these moments that made me roll my eyes.

This will have spoilers.

The novels follows some mediocre Japanese man, Hanio, who decides to kill himself. He fails and so puts up his life for sale except despite how many times he gets “bought” he never ends up dead.

With every client he is put in a position of such absurdity that you cannot help but enjoy yourself.

(Also I just enjoy criticising things so don’t feel discouraged to read.)

Hanio is simply a self-served male that obsesses over the notion that life is meaningless and holds himself above the rest of society and hippies (bro really despises hippies
