As much as I always felt a bit like Hermione, I often feel like I will grow up to be McGonagall. Or maybe I aspire to be McGonagall, I'm not sure. So I *loved* all of the backstory for her. One of my other favorite characters has always been Remus Lupin and I was devastated that both he and Tonks died in the Battle of Hogwarts, but again, I very much enjoyed learning more about his life (although this one made me tear up).

Unlike the other collection, I didn't have any nightmares this time. Thankfully. Ye gods.

However, the chapter on Remus Lupin did have me weeping while trying to get ready for work, and that was just not okay.

I love these little short stories. Thank you, JK, for not leaving us hanging on this world and its history.

Once again some great extra information on some of the characters from Harry Potter's world. I enjoyed reading about McGonagall & Lupin as they're two of my favourite characters.
