It is one of the best self-help books I have ever read, as I am a huge admirer of self-help books and I love to read them a lot. Tim Ferriss is one of the best podcasters in the world, he runs a youtube channel where he invites successful personalities who achieves everything that they want and on this podcast, they share their's life struggles, success, tips, and advice.

this book is a compilation of all the podcasts in written form, especially for those who want to consume podcasts in written form, this book is divided into three parts i.e. HEALTHY, WEALTHY & WISE.

It changed me and it shows.

Some good advice but mostly pretty dumb. Author seems like a real Joe Rogan prick type.

This book was both a slog, and the most inspirational thing I’ve read all year at the same time. To show how long it took me, I had to rent it from the library twice because I maxed out the number of times I could renew it.

At the same time though, I enjoyed this book like no other. The little chunks of wisdom were delightful over breakfast, during breaks here and there, and before bed.

Typically I don’t keep notes on books, but this one was worth it. I have several sheets worth of quotes, book recommendations, and concepts from the book that I fell in love with. Tim Ferriss compiled the strategies of the best of the best in a way that’s organized and enjoyable. Highly recommend this one as a book that you read a bit from here and there, taking time to really chew on the ideas that interest you.

It’s good. Lots of helpful information and insights from a lot of different people. I’m fairly certain Tim Ferris and I would never be friends IRL. But the dude is smart and has done a great job extrapolating the best of his podcast into book form. This is worth a read through. A ton of helpful stuff enclosed.

A listpedia/ collection of interviews of billionaires about what their routine is for success. Mostly things about their workouts and morning breakfasts. I…did not care for any of that. I was hoping for actual productivity tools - software they use, techniques they do…and it fell short for me.

This book is more like a reference compendium rather than a book you read from start to finish and the author will even tell you so in the beginning pages. Great resource for all kinds of different ways that successful individuals tackle their goals and make the most of their days.
