It was an okay read, had to highlight a few areas to help me understand it.

The speeches of Camus discuss the idea of art and the role it plays in society. Art doesn’t exist in a vacuum and influences and is influenced by society in nuanced ways.

My brain hurts. I didn't understand much but it seemed important! I believe it was about the freedom of art and self expression. It was written in the 1950s when artists were recovering from facisism!
