the first big twist was too similar to the twist in Little Secrets, making me think Jennifer Hillier could be one of those formulaic thriller authors, but I love the way she tells a story, love the filipino rep, and I wassss pretty shocked about the killer reveal. the audiobook was also a great choice for this one because of the very accurate filipino accents!

Thought I had the book figured out with the overall “plot twist’ but wasn’t prepared for the others. Great writing that propels you to keep reading til you know the end.
