It's been a while since I read this so I've forgotten some things already. But I remember that I enjoyed reading this one and found it way darker than I first expected it to be.

Before You Knew My Name explores some dark topics, like being groomed by a teacher. Despite this, the ending was hopeful.

Definitely one of the best thrillers I've ever read.

I had to slog my way through the first 40% of this book but wow was it worth it. A really enjoyable (albeit very heavy) read!
