It took me a while to get into this. While it is informative, it was not engaging at all for me and I wanted to DNF a few times, but ultimately stuck with it, which is why it took me a while to get through. The content isn’t really heavy or hard to read, it just wasn’t interesting at all.

This was not what I was expecting, but it was intriguing nonetheless.

I grabbed this book while I was on hold with my library app for the book Sociopath by Patric Gagne, and that probably means I wasn’t giving this book a fair shot, as it wasn’t the book I really wanted to be reading.  I am making a note to come back to it again after I’ve finished the aforementioned, because I think the first-hand perspective is incredibly worthwhile.

Turns out being a jerk with a scary diagnosis does not make you an interesting person or a compelling or cohesive writer.

again, i cant rate autobiographies. its... weird and innapropiate for me to judge others life, HOWEVER; i had suffered lots of sociopaths in my life and hearing the other side intrigued me but also disgusted me. also, at the end of the book i was feeling sorry for her and... um, no.
