Audiobook highly recommended!!!
Imagine you are at a wedding, the entire guest list got affected by food poising by the buffet food and you and your nemesis are the only two people left who got a chance to travel to Hawaii. But the only problem is you have to pretend like married couples. Would you like to take the risk??
Extra points for Olive as she is definitely one of the characters I can relate to at so many levels. Man, she owns my heart <3

I might just be a hater, but I found this book really frustrating. The plot of no one believing her and then gaslighting her was very aggravating. Then the author rationalizing the reaction made me frustrated as well. I understand this book is a fast romance but the lines between the two of them were very generic and somewhat disappointing. I also really don’t like miscommunication tropes and there is a small moment where she has a misunderstanding with her boss and then goes on to get fired. I think overall this book ok with a very frustrating plot and mostly miscommunication and poor conflict management. I wanted a fun read and this was mostly conflict throughout.

i loved this book and read it in less than 24 hrs. the banter, the tension, the one bed trope, it was amazing. i found my self smiling and laughing during this book. it was a great summer read too. i didn’t really love the second plot near the end but i have to give it a 5 stars anyways because i enjoyed it so much. i need a physical copy now. pls read this book!!!! :)

War also von allem was dabei. Ich finde es auch schön, wie alle ihr Glück finden. Liest sich sehr schnell durch.

This was cute at times, but completely unrealistic which made me roll my eyes at times.
Everyone at Olivie’s twin sisters wedding gets food poisoning, except for her and the grooms brother Ethan - her sworn enemy. because she can’t eat seafood and he doesn’t eat buffets. Her sister won a trip for the honeymoon and nothing can be rebooked, so Olive and Ethan end up taking the trip together. Out of literal no where she runs in to her soon to be boss at the same resort, and Ethan randomly runs in to his ex. They fake that they are actually married even though they hate each other (all due to misreading situations and never getting clarity) so no one suspects fraud and that they are lying and pretending to be their sister and brother for this trip. They end up becoming real boyfriend and girlfriend, but break up because he won’t believe her that her sisters new husband hit on her. It’s also revealed that he told Ethan him and Ami were not exclusive but they actually were. He begs her for forgiveness and she does. Dane and Ami end up breaking up.
It’s fun, but completely unbelievable. The cheese curd part was ridiculous.

The perfect, sexy, romantic, predictable, utterly enjoyable beach read for women like me who think they're too smart and culturally sophisticated to read chick lit. Loved it!
