"Their dicks were their Achilles’ heels." ~ LOL!
Like most thrillers, far-fetched, yet quite entertaining. A darn good listen!

I can see why people liked this, it just was not my kind of book.

I’m only finishing this book so I can count it in my book goal for the year. Horribly meandering and confusing. Manages to work in every mystery trope without tying any of it in together.

One of his laziest novels to date. He is either hit or miss. This was off the board...

First, I usually love Baldacci’s books. This one, not so much. I put it down, I picked it up, I put it down, I almost said forget it, but thought, no, it’s got to get better. I found it slow, drudgingly slow, to get through it. The characters were unrealistic, didn’t get my sympathy or empathy. A book full of selfish, lawless people, with few redeeming qualities. Won’t make me stop reading his books, but hopefully the next one is better.

2.75 this one was slow and extremely drug out. I have read most of Baldacci’s books and have never struggled to get through one before. This did not feel like one of his. Not bad, but not super exciting or that mysterious and I struggled to finish it because I found I just didnt care.
