I haven't read much Spider-Man (really, just Spider-Man appearances in other events), but I have been wanting to pick some up. Starting with this Generations issue may have been a weird choice, but I really enjoyed seeing Miles exist within a Peter Parker story. Peter emotional about Aunt May will make me emotional in any form.
This issue was also funny. I literally laughed out loud at "I'm being cute because I'm me but --" from Peter. That line alone has convinced me to read more Spider-Man (both Peter & Miles).

I just....Meh. That's honestly the only thing that comes to mind with thinking about reading this. Meh. I enjoy Miles Morales so much, he's probably my favorite Spider-Man, but this just didn't hit the mark for me. I didn't enjoy Peter at all, and I felt like the story just fell flat mostly.
