first of all the title was spot on. gray and zoey truly are a deadly match.

i love that both of them are equals in everything. that both of them love the darkness, and are drawn to it, a real team and equally obsessed with one another

i was surprised by this book, i expected find yet another tiring book with an innocent girl and a tortured man. i found something way more complicated and interesting than that

two things though :

- the book became repetitive and boring sometimes. too much useless repetitive smut (yes it’s a thing) and the plot was stagnant
- the age difference. they met when zoey was 7 and gray a teenager. we’re told he’s been in love with her ever since. and then when she was an adult and she was a 17 year old girl he was lusting after her. they get together when she’s barely 18. and what’s even worse is this story would have worked perfectly if not BETTER had they been closer in age (had zoey been a few years older)

I couldn't put it down!! If you loved Deadly Affair, you HAVE to read Deadly Match! Zoey is all grown up and now we get her story!! She's ballsy, unapologetic and knows what she wants. I love stalker romances and I loved Gray! Dark, steamy, twisty and REVENGE!! You need this story!!!

Layla’s sister, Zoey, is all grown up. We were introduced to Grey in Deadly Affair. It may have seemed like he just came into Zoey’s life, but the truth unfolds in Deadly Match. This is Zoey and Grey’s story. A tragic, broken, dark, and kismet story.

They call him Ghost because he should be dead. Only one thing has kept him alive and fighting all these years. Her. He has tried to keep his distance, but fate has other plans. When Zoey first laid eyes on Grey she sees a familiarity in him. Something that draws her to him. She can’t resist pushing his buttons. He knows the only standing in his way of being near her is her father, Alaric. He is the only person deadlier than Grey himself.

Book 2 even better than the 1st!

This book was such a good one! I love both Katie’s and Ivy’s work and the two of them together are phenomenal! I loved the first book in this series but this one was even better.

The thing that really made this book so fantastic were the characters. Zoey and Gray are both an amazing combination of vulnerable and strong that really make me love a character. The two of them really fit together so perfectly.

This book has everything you want in a dark romance- especially lots of good spicy scenes! The storyline was captivating and heartbreaking and it introduced us to new characters for the next book. I can’t wait to see what Katie and Ivy have in store for them!

I knew I picked the wrong job

Maybe it's all the hot stalker romance these 2 ladies are feeding me but I feel like I've been cheated in this life. Maybe I should've trained to be an assassin and then I'd have my very own stalker boyfriend....

I always knew Zoey was going to be a firecracker. Layla had that quiet steel core but Zoey is that sassy, bad@$$. I love that she sees and loves Gray, who deserves all the love. And can I say that Hale stole the show as a side character! I hope we get go know him soon. This was a great read with a much darker undertone so pay attention to the TW.

Great second book

While I very much enjoyed book one, I think book two was better, and I think book three will be even better. I guessed the couple for the third book, and I am eagerly anticipating their story. For now though, let’s talk about book two.

This book takes place a few years after the events in book one. Although you don’t have to read book one first, it helps make some of the backstory makes sense. Plus it’s a good read, so why not. I would say this story was darker than book one, but I still think they are pretty tame on the darkness scale. Please read the trigger warnings, but I don’t think it’s that bad.

Gray and Zoey were made for each other and seeing how far they both have come, especially with their traumatic pasts, they deserved a HEA. Even if it’s their version of an HEA, at least they are happy together.

I like that some of the events and mysteries of this book will continue into book three. I’m sure you can read it on its own, but knowing the background and how horrible it was, it will make revenge that much sweeter.

These two authors write fantastically together, and I cannot wait to read their next collaboration.

The haunted past of both these character makes me even more happy with their relationship. They are healing together with their love and their actions.

When they all found out what really happened, wow. My heart bled even more for Gray. Zoey is embracing her true self and Gray helps her along the way. Alaric is a overprotective Papa bear. And I love him for it, but chill the f down man.

Her Wolf.
His Little Doe.

I received an ARC, I'm willingly writing mt review with my own opinion.
