I'm a huge fan of Yung Pueblo and his writing. If you're on a journey of self love and personal discovery, this is it. His other book, Inward, is just as incredible. I actually bought the physical versions of both books to have.

I didn't feel so much that this was a book of poetry as it was life advice or a TedTalk. Great if that's what you're looking for, a bit disappointing if you're looking for something more lyrical or eloquent.

The book offers some good advice but it reads more like a self-help book telling you to get therapy instead of offering good poetry.

If you’re here for the poetry, turn back. If you’re here for the mental health aspect, then I recommend it.
