This was better than Inward. Still, very, I am deep and spiritual and let me share with you things you don't understand, but there was better poems in this one.

inspiring, honest words about inner work and the opportunities that come of it. accessible, or maybe i’m just coming across this at the right time.
not really novel ideas… more so tidy packaging of lessons learned and human truths. empowering and affirming!

2/5 stars - These were more statements you would find in a book versus poetry and very repetitive. Maybe resonated with one or two poems. I am sure this would help with someone going through this, but for me, hard pass.
Poetic, therapeutic, and philosophical, this little book is a balm to hearts and minds. Very digestible and highly recommended!
Cheesy, repetitive, and unoriginal. Pick up for a heavy dose of snorting and chortling. My younger self would have eaten this shit up along with my heavily dog-eared copy of tyler knott gregson's 'chasers of the light.'
Solid read but felt a little repetitive
This book is a great read with some very personable and vulnerable writing. It’s refreshing I many respects as we are not this gentle with ourselves and seeing someone do it is a wake up call for us all I think. I only found some aspects repetitive but it’s a great read overall.

I enjoyed this one too, but I might like Inward a bit better personally. A lot more of that one resonated with me.
