It used the phrase “I let go of a breath I didn’t realize I was holding” 1 too many times. Which is to say 3 times in total. It is fast paced though and I loved the characters for the most part. It is an easy read and if you just need to get out of a slump I recommend.

While this was a very readable story with short chapters, I never felt compelled to read it until I was actually reading it. It was a great story about choices in life and how those choices don't need to always define a person.
