3.5 I thought there were some really good parts of this book, but there was enough to drag it down for me: repetitive content, pro cry it out stance, and way too much religion and god stuff. If that had been more obvious in the book's description, I wouldn't have bought it.
There was some really great content in this book. It changed my outlook on raising my son even as a toddler. It was just way too wordy. I had to keep skim reading past sections that just kept beating the same thing into your head by saying it every different way possible. I lost interest half way through.

Worth the read for sure, because there were some very useful recommendations and advice I will definitely apply. But while there were some good points made throughout the book, I also felt that there were some antiquated pieces of advice. Granted, I am "one lucky woman" because my husband and I have a very non-traditional partnership, so some of the issues she describes mothers facing, I don't encounter ...
