Harleigh’s plot twists always get me and this one was no exception!
Come Out, Come Out Wherever You Are is about a girl named Skyler who accidentally hit the star quarterback, Nate, with her car last Halloween and is dealing with the aftermath. Almost a year later, Nate reappears and starts to make her life a living hell. When her friends all start coming up dead at a cabin next Halloween, she starts losing her grip on reality.
I loved every second of this book! The spice was spicing and the horror was horroring! When Skyler begins to lose her grip on reality as her friends die but they seem not to remember the one who was just killed, I thought I might have missed something but then the plot twist hit and I was shook!
Harleigh is a brilliant writer who keeps me hanging on every word. A definite must add to your TBR!

If you like books that will make you go what the fuuuuuu, whaat? No way? Whats going on? This is definitely something you should try out

🇬🇧 This is more of a horror book than dark romance (although there was a lot of that too), which is probably the reason why I liked this. The start was a bit too slow for me, but once the story picked up, it was a wild ride. Sadly, I did guess then ending, but still a good book!
I also think the cover could be a lot better, with fall vibes and maybe showing Nate a bit? There is also no carousel in the book, kind of sad about that. 😆

🇫🇮Tämä on enemmän kauhukirja kuin dark romance (vaikka sitäkin oli rutkasti), mikä on luultavasti isoin syy miksi tykkäsin tästä. Alku oli mun makuun vähän liian hidas, mutta kun tarina alkoi kunnolla, ei loppua näkynyt. Valitettavasti arvasin kirjan lopun, mutta silti hyvä kirja!
Mun mielestä kansi voisi olla paljon parempi, jos siinä olisi syksyistä tunnelmaa ja ehkä hieman Natea näkyvillä? Kirjassa ei myöskään ole karusellia, mikä oli vähän pettymys. 😆

This book was interesting to say the less. I started this book thinking it was going to be a dark romance between a ghost and a girl and he was going to like scare her n shi but nothing crazy. But then halfway through the book we figure out he’s alive. But the day they went to that house was the day the book became fcked up. It started off not that fcked up but it kept getting worse and worse. THE ENDING WAS BATSHIT CRAZY. I was guessing what the ending might be but I wasn’t right at ALL. I’ve never read a book like this. I mean ig “No For an Answer” was like this but this was still diff cuz u knew smth was wrong. Ima rate this book a 4/5 ⭐️. Cuz I was definitely intrigued and the ending threw me off but it was rlly fcked up.
Traumatised…I honestly am so lost on what to give it. Also, I don’t know how to feel about it. But I will say I found the side characters uninteresting and the ending was a bit cliche.
