I would die for this series. I love it so much. PLEASE give me more.
This was an action-packed, addicted, entertaining sequel to read.
I enjoyed this one a lot more than "The Darkest Star".
This was darker and had a more intriguing plot than the previous one.
There is a lot of new pieces of information in this book that I can't wait to see how it will be developed in the following books.
The writing continues the same, great with a lot of quotes worth of a highlight.
And I'm already dying for the sequel.

Evie and Luc are probably my favorite couple in the entire Lux/Origin world. I thought I loved Daemon but Luc is so damn funny and all around adorable. His love for Evie is unrivaled. Can’t wait to see how this story continues to play out as the series continues.
DNFed it for now. I'm really not sure what to think of this one the series.
The last chapter gave my fucking chills!!!
~“No, you’re the Burning Shadow and he’s the Darkest Star, and together, you will bring about the brightest night.”~ FUCKKKKK

Oh how I love these books. Luc and Evie forever. JLA is the master at building a relationship - keeping characters together - while also tearing their world apart around them. Some great surprises in here, as everything gets a lot more dangerous and intense. I can’t wait for the next one.
oh my dear lord, i need to start the third one like... RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!
This book was absolutely everything. It extremely intense in both the romantic sense and plot sense. I enjoyed every page and cannot believe everything that happened. I did guess what we find out at the end, because I just know how everything is not as it seems in this series. I will warn you there are many graphic scenes and some very sad deaths. I wasn't expecting that, but they were done very well. Overall: outstanding!
God, I love Luc and Evie! Also, this book stressed me the frick out!
