Going on a journey to re-read this series for the first time since high school, and I'm very happy with it tbh. I listened to this, and the production is truly incredible with different voice actors for the main characters. There's also background noise (crowds, applause, music) that really adds to the overall vibe of the book.

I don't have much to say as of yet, because I know the series as a whole is the whole story, but I found the writing style to still be quite charming, and the Baudelaires charming characters in of themselves. I appreciate there being a children's book about how inept adults can be; I'm sure at the time these came out, it was incredibly refreshing.
