I loved reading this book, but there is no story from Magnus’s point of view. After hearing that he was with his cousins I wanted to see them interact.
I love this ensemble. I love their stories and POVS. I wish I had gotten more. I really liked this one. This one occurs after the end of the Magnus Chase trilogy which is a good thing that I already finished it. I love how the short stories connected and yet all had tales from each of the nine realms. Thor’s jog across the nine realms was hilarious to see in every short story and how it connected the book. I also loved seeing POVs of main characters which we never had before. I wish I had more Alex chapters since I love Alex. It was a far better book than the other Magnus Chase companion book.
