Pretty decent read, I found the writing hard to read but I liked the premise. Maybe my opinion will change once I read The City We Became, this book at least got me interested in the premise

I listened to an audiobook version of this short story narrated by Landon Woodson. It's a very unique story that's beautifully written and narrated.
