Not sure I can rate this book. On the one hand, it speaks truth to power. On the other, the author seemed pretty rushed. What isn't white space in this book is pretty basic advice. What it lacks is a systemic approach to realigning your thinking--although Taylor makes it clear that in order to stop underearning, this transformation must take place. But how? There's no plan.

For me, Dr. Martin Seligman's LEARNED OPTIMISM is a much better book to tackle how to change the way you think. Having studied optimism vs. pessimism for years, he provides a much more systematic and effective approach to how to change learned helplessness and pessimism.
