Bunny by Mona Awad was quite the trip! I loved the whole cult-like vibe the book had. The sarcastic writing style was on point, though it did get a bit much at times. Still, it added a unique flavor to the story.

The theory that Samantha might be schizophrenic and imagining everything? Totally buying it. There's even a mention of a schizophrenic article in the book that makes this theory feel pretty valid. It adds a whole new layer to the weirdness and makes you question everything.

Overall, Bunny was an interesting and fresh read for me. It's a wild, twisted ride that keeps you guessing. If you’re up for something different and don’t mind a bit of sarcasm, give it a go. You might just find yourself lost in Samantha’s bizarre world.

this book is fucking wild. I felt like I was on drugs the whole time and I was also deeply unsettled the whole time.

I saw a girl on tiktok say "if Alice in wonderland and mean girls had a baby and then Frankenstein and heathers had a baby, this would be the grand baby" and I totally agree. maybe toss in a
touch of midsommar and that's the best way I can possible explain this book.

fucking wild. go into it as blind as possible and just enjoy the ride.

WOW this was beautiful!! such a fast read!! the ending was really sweet made me very happy. so gory in a fun way. i cant even wrap my head around the intricacy of the metaphor for allowing yourself to trust others being, realizing that your best friend was a swan you turned into your soulmate before your enemies/bffs killed her because they were jealous of your stag alternate self who loved her.....

This book is sick, twisted, and bizarre, but it is also a bit scattered. I find it interesting that this book ends with the mud because the word muddy kept repeating…there is so much to like, so much i loved, but it feels a little smeared.
