I loved this book! Jean Valjean had wonderful parallels to the archetypal Christ character and I loved watching his character grow and develop. My only problem with the book was the main couple, Cosette and Marius were disgustingly perfect and pure and obsessed. That, however, was nothing. This book was great!

Eine der großartigsten und vielseitigsten Geschichten der Weltliteratur. Definitiv ein Lieblingsbuch. Der Roman hat mich seit 2013 sehr geprägt, als ich davon zum ersten Mal erfuhr als Jugendliche. Von Herzen eine große Empfehlung.
